Our
company is constantly ocupied in a continuous process
in obtaining a superir quality level.
The fundamental aim is to
produce safe and healthy food which satisfy the requirements
of the consumer respecting national and community laws
avoiding technologies, additives and ingredients that
are suspect to create health damage. |

these commitments our company, in 1994, obtained the
concession brand "Qualità Controllata"
(quality controlled) guaranteeing for the health of
the consumer and the respect for environment.

Quality
control on raw materials is carried out on all of the
lots on entrance so as to determine its suitability
and destination; pesticide residue checks are carried
out on 10% of the lots.
A quality system in accordance
to the international norm ISO 9002 has been adopted
and in 1995 was granted with ISO
9002 certification for the 20 requirements necessary. |

In order to guarantee
a rigorous control over every stage of processing,
the Quality System is integrating
using HACCP methodology.
Micro biological, chemical, physical and sensory evaluations
are carried out on the finished product so as to guarantee
the quality standards requested.
